More a structure than an object, Particules by GIMBERT KUTSCHER takes many different forms: its shape, size and volume shifting in relation to the specifics of the space.
A cascade of individual elements combine to create a multi-faceted sculptural arrangement, which extends out, down and across any surface – its sprawling nature suggesting that it may have a life of its own: an ability to multiply, regenerate, reform. Reminiscent of cellular and microscopic structures, as well as cloud formations, ocean waves and swirling space-matter, Particules perfectly captures the sense of chaos and order that is present at every level, and at every scale, in the natural world.
Shimmering and jewel-like, each composition produces an evocative ambience – a bright, joyful and dynamic play of light.

A collaboration between Stéphane Gimbert and Chantal Kutscher, Particules is the result of a friendship that was forged by a shared understanding of beauty and utility, which continues to evolve through their work together.
